Fast-growing companies, particularly in fintech, across North America that have demonstrated product market fit and a 12-18 month path to positive EBITDA or liquidity event. Late-stage technology companies typically seeking to raise Series C or later rounds of equity financing.

These opportunities may be short-term or longer-term with varying investment profiles from yield generating to capital appreciation.
